What We Are Building Together
2023 marked a year of groundbreaking achievements, from pilot programs that tested our vision to partnerships that will shape our future. Our work has touched lives, built communities, and proven that together, we can make every transition a step toward flourishing.
In 2023, we aimed to do more than just engage communities; we aimed to empower them. Our pilot programs encouraged active participation, letting communities influence their futures together. We provide tools and knowledge for resilience, and with your support, we can broaden this effort, making sure every life change has strong community support. We achieve this through:
Life Compass Living Communities: We will create a committed community that includes those who will pay for services and donate to support and expand our capacity to serve more people, families, communities and organizations. We will continue to work with our current Life Compass Living Community AND teach our process to additional individuals, families, and communities. Communities are being established in the Triangle, the Triad, and the Foothills of North Carolina in the second quarter of 2024 with an additional online community being developed to launch later in 2024. A community in Vancouver, Canada will be launched in early 2025.
Program Data and Feedback: We will develop the capacity of our technology and the collection of feedback to provide measurable data as proof of the benefits of our work for future recipients, partners, and donors. We are also developing systems for detailed feedback on each of our programs in order to maintain the quality of the work that we do. This is especially important with work that includes both in-person and online spaces.
Accessible Programming: While we will focus on what is needed for sustainability and growth, we will maintain our commitment to serve those who don’t have the ability to pay and recognize our need for the wisdom and diverse perspectives that they hold. We also want to demonstrate that those who benefit the most are those learning to build mutual understanding and mutual support across the full spectrum of human need and abundance.
Life Compass Guides: We will continue to train and support professional Guides to equip and support those working on their life plans and the leaders within organizations and communities building mutual understanding and mutual support.
Our leadership team, guided by founder George Fuller and COO Anne Tambling, is the driving force behind our mission. Supported by our dynamic board and dedicated professional guides, we’re committed to a future where compassion leads.

We invite Business and Faith Community Trailblazers to give at the following levels:
Bronze - $2,500
Your name will be permanently listed as a Founding Trailblazer in the Hall of Honor, seen on the Silver Compassion Services Website, the Trailblazer Newsletter, and in the Annual Report
Introduction Class available to members and invited guests. This six session class will include worksheets and a group experience that supports making life plans. These six sessions will also create a learning community of participants who encourage, inform, and support each other as they prepare to form their own Life Compass Plans.
Silver - $5,000
In addition to the benefits of Bronze sponsorship, you will also receive Dr. George Fuller will provide a Corporate Keynote on a topic of your choice from the riches of Life Compass Living.
Gold - $7,000
In addition to the benefits of Silver sponsorship, you will also receive a class designed to address a topic of your choice on specific parts of a Life Compass Plan. Our 27 classes include such topics as Life Transitions, Life Quakes (defined as Life Transitions we don’t see coming and/or have to go through without a plan), Life Stages, and Access to Resources.
Platinum - $10,000
In addition to the benefits of Gold sponsorship, you will also receive up to 50 hard copies and 100 digital copies of Dr. George Fuller’s book, “Life Compass Living: A Guide for Growing Up and Growing Old Together.”
